Lee's real estate career has spanned over 30 years in Telluride. His business trademarks are exceptional personalized service, a high level of integrity and a high level of product knowledge. Lee is the founder,owner and license partner of Engel & Volkers Telluride. For the previous ten years he was the owner/broker of a small successful boutique real estate office. Lee is also the founder and owner of the region's largest luxury second home management service company, Kastle Keepers,LLC. Since 2008 Lee has sold 1 out of 4 of the Telluride Mountain Village residences over $6 million. Lee has been married to his ski and mountain partner Sheilagh since 1991. In 2002 they had a daughter,Kendahl, who is currently training to become a ski racer on the world stage.
